Tracking/Mixing/Mastering Engineer Guru

Ryan Staples is the heart of Yea Music. His unique attitude and know-how around a mixing board is priceless. Besides being key player in the Los Angeles recording community he is a songwriter and musician. His background and credits are vast, from being an Engineer at the legendary Ocean Way Studios, where he worked under the wing of Jack Joseph Puig to assisting at East West Studios and most notably as an assistant engineer for the great Rickey Minor (Rickey is the Musical Director for American Idol and Jay Leno) at Red Lotus Studios. Prior to his move to Los Angeles he was a Tech Director/ Rock Academy Director for The music school in Salt Lake City. Ryan is also involved as Music Studio/Program Director for The Boys & Girls Club of Venice and shares the passion of helping and guiding new talent in the competitive world of pro-recording.

Director of Sales and Logistics Operations (Americas, Asia and Europe)

Jorge Noboa is the founder and CEO of Track City Music Group, whose sole vision is to turn his passion as a musician, songwriter and audio engineer into the building blocks for other aspiring creatives around the world. In his previous role as Director of Content Operations he managed digital advertising campaigns and media buys to curate, launch and develop content and monetize online traffic and boost SEO. He has held positions at Native Instruments, East West Studios and SAE Institute of Technology with his focus on strategic analyzing of data to provide consistent quality, efficient turn arounds and build trust through performance based results. Noboa has roots in Spain, Switzerland and Ecuador, also having spent time in Miami, Austin and Los Angeles as a performing musician. 

Public Relations Manager

Jessica Ramos is the VP of Operations for Los Angeles consulting firm Buddha Global, and an accomplished high-profile event manager. After overseeing gallery openings as a student of Pierce College, Jessica spent ten years managing cultural events, art exhibits and workshops for Community Arts Resources Los Angeles, through which she served the needs of the Getty Villa, the Natural History Museum, and the City of Santa Monica. She ran campus events and marketing for the SAE Institute in Hollywood, before being selected to manage executive logistics for Universal Music Group Publishing and Motown Records, coordinating showcases and celebrity appearances for both. Jessica takes great pride in curating and cultivating space for community and creativity to flourish.

Creative Director

Tessa Chad is a highly talented graphic design professional with a background in fine arts. She is a quick witted, technically savvy creative thinker,  capable of deciphering exactly what a client envisions and bringing it to life. She is an expert in Photoshop and Illustrator with a passion for leading creative teams. She is also a Project Specialist at the University of Southern California School of Social Work, and also received her BA in Psychology at USC. She has also attended The Art Center College of Design where she has polished her skills in design and animation.
